Once students have completed Courses 1-3 and the elective credit requirement, they must submit a Certification Application using the electronic form below to be considered a candidate for the Certified Public Manager® designation.
Certification may be granted any time during the year. In July of each year, a graduation ceremony is held to honor those who have completed certification during the preceding year. Read certification and completion policies in the CPM Handbook.
Important forms for certification:
Students who complete all CPM program requirements for the designation of Certified Public Manager® are invited to attend an annual graduation ceremony held mid-July. CPM program officials, Department Directors, supervisors, and others are invited to attend the ceremony and recognize the accomplishments of the students.
2017 Graduation was held on July 11, 2017, at the Miller Campus of Salt Lake Community College.
