Leadership Skills for Supervisors

The Leadership Skills for Supervisors training series is intended to enhance basic leadership skills in supervisors at all levels of state government. The program is composed of four separate day-long courses covering: communications; interpersonal relations; performance management; and leadership.

CLIP Supervisory Feedback Assessment

Feedback is critical for leadership development and professional growth. This is why the Utah Leadership Institute has developed a tool to gather feedback for supervisors from direct-reporting personnel.  We call this tool the CLIP assessment because it assesses performance in four areas: Communication; leadership; interpersonal relations; and performance management.
