Statewide Required Training

Employees are required to complete all training within the first two months hire. Workplace Harassment and Abusive Conduct Prevention

All employees of the State of Utah are required to take Workplace Harassment Prevention training at least once every two years. The online training is available using a desktop computer or mobile device and will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.

Workplace Harassment Prevention Training for Supervisors

This training is intended for supervisors. While not a required training, it is recommended for anyone who has supervision responsibilities. To receive credit, you must complete the training and test questions on the MyTest site. There are three steps you must complete: Register for this training. Click here to register. Complete the 15 minute training. (Click here) After completing the training, go to MyTests. Input required information and select Workplace Harassment Prevention for Supervisors on the form and submit to get credit.

Driver Training Program

The purpose of the State Division of Risk Managements Driver Training Program is to decrease the amount of crashes that occur in the vehicles we insure. New Employee DHRM Rules Training

For new state employees, this training provides a brief introduction to the DHRM Personnel Rules that govern HR policy. Basic information such as definitions of key terms and concepts is discussed.
