NEOGOV Recruitment System Online Hiring Center (OHC)

The NEOGOV recruitment system’s Online Hiring Center (OHC) received a significant update on August 31, 2017.  Notable changes to the look and feel of the system have been implemented. Organizational Leadership Conference

Beginning in Spring 2018, DHRM will offer the Organizational Leadership Conference, which we are designing to be the premiere leadership development event for Utah’s public employees.   DHRM will design the conference around the competencies found in the following leadership competency framework (click image for larger version): Current state leaders and nationally and regionally recognized professional speakers and practitioners will address these and related topics.

New Supervisor Training Series

The New Supervisor Training Series is designed to help you get you off on the right foot to achieve success as a new supervisor. This course is conducted online live, using a webinar format but with plentiful opportunities for your questions, participation and interaction. Class size will be limited to about 30 persons. In the 2015 legislative session HB 216 was passed requiring each state agency to provide training on organizational leadership practices based in principles of integrity. The following course is available for use by personnel of any state of Utah agency. While this course is entitled Leading with Integrity, any employee with an interest in leadership will benefit from completing the modules in the course.
