Leading with Respect

All supervisors of the State of Utah are required to complete Workplace Harassment and Abusive Conduct Prevention training for supervisors at the time of hire and at least once every two years. Required Ethics Training

In the 2015 legislative session HB 216 was passed requiring each state agency to provide training on: Ethical conduct; and Organizational leadership practices based in principles of integrity Training in these areas is to be provided at a minimum every other year beginning in July 2016. Leading with Integrity

In the 2015 legislative session HB 216 was passed requiring each state agency to provide training on organizational leadership practices based in principles of integrity. The following course is available for use by personnel of any state of Utah agency. While this course is entitled Leading with Integrity, any employee with an interest in leadership will benefit from completing the modules in the course. Ethics Training

Respect in the Workplace

All employees of the State of Utah are required to take Workplace Harassment Prevention training at least once every two years. The online training is available using a desktop computer or mobile device and will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.

Respect in the Workplace Training for Supervisors

This training is intended for supervisors. The link below will take you to the Utah Learning portal where the training is housed. Respect in the Workplace for Supervisors This training is open to supervisors who have employees who report directly to them as indicated in their HR position record.

Driver Training Program

The purpose of the State Division of Risk Managements Driver Training Program is to decrease the amount of crashes that occur in the vehicles we insure.
